Personal Information We Collect

- Information provided by you when you subscribe for products and services including, contact and identity information such as your name, postal and e-mail address, phone number, payment information (if you elect the autopayment option). Upon receiving your personal information, you will be signed a unique identifier that will enable us to track the history of services provided to you by us.
- Contact information for alarm monitoring to be used in the event that an alarm signal is received by our central dispatch. This information will include the name and phone number(s) of the contact persons that you provide to us. We also retain a password for security reasons.
- Information that you and/or persons that you authorize on your account provide us when contacting our customer service.
Children’s Privacy. The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen (18), and we request that such individuals not provide personal information through the Site. If you are under 18 years of age, you may browse our Site; however, you may not provide personal information to us such as name, address, or email address, and you may not register for, enroll in, and/or make product purchases.

This Site does not use cookies. Sites that you connect to through the links on our Site may use cookies or collect other information when you go to their site. We do not control the collection or use of your information by these companies. How Do We Use Information We Collect?
We collect personal information only for providing the services you request, improving products and services, verifying membership and payments, sending you surveys, and notifying you of new products and any other changes to our site or services that may affect you.
When you enroll in Allstate Identity Protection Services or Michigan Property Protection, Inc. alarm monitoring services, we may share your name, email, postal address and phone number with MIProtechs, L.L.C. (an affiliated company), InfoArmor (a division of Allstate Insurance Company), RapidID, an XREF Company, and Rapid Response Monitoring Services, Inc. (collectively, “service providers”) to provide you with the products and services that you request.
We may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide personal information to the appropriate governmental authorities. If requested by law enforcement or judicial authorities, we will provide this information on receipt of the appropriate documentation. We may also release information to law enforcement agencies or other third parties if we feel it is necessary to protect the safety and welfare of our personnel or to enforce our terms of use.
Non-personal information (information that does not reveal your specific identity) may be aggregated, de-identified and may be used for any purpose unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law.
When you submit personal information to us, you understand that you are agreeing to allow us to access, store, and use that information for the purposes stated herein. Other than as stated in this Privacy Policy, we will not sell or give any of your personally identifiable information to any third parties.
Opt-Out Policy
If at any time you do not wish to receive offers and emails from us, we ask that you remove your name from our mailing list by sending us an email addressed to service@miprotechs.com indicating in the subject line “No Offers or Email” or by calling (248) 987-6173.

Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary, and only authorized individuals have access to the personal information provided by our users.
